To ensure customers have sufficient time to read and most effectively utilize the concepts in our Resume Secrets book and companion products, we kindly ask you to wait at least 14 days from purchase before requesting a refund.
Customers who have read the book and/or accompanying companion products and feel the content does not provide value equal to the amount paid may request a refund through our Contact Us page. To request a refund please fill out the form under the heading “Send Us a Message”. In the Subject line please include the word “Refund” as well as your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email). Please note, the order number is required in order to process your refund. Also note, refund requests sent via any other method (such as reply to order confirmation email) will not be processed. Lastly, if 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
Due to the electronic nature of our products, we are currently only processing refunds. No returns or exchanges are valid.
